- Open to final-year undergraduate students and graduates from any recognized university.
- Participants must be MBA Aspirants or MCA Aspirants.
- Students from all degree streams (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BA, BE/B.Tech., etc.) are eligible if they are planning to pursue an MBA or MCA.
- Participants must be residents of Karnataka or currently studying in Karnataka.
- Teams may consist of 2–4 members.
- Individual registrations are also accepted and may be grouped into teams by the organizers.
- Physical attendance at the Bengaluru venue is mandatory.

Each team must submit:
- Project Title
- Problem Statement
- Proposed Solution
- Innovation Approach
- Expected Impact
- Prototype, Wireframe, Business Model, or Concept (if applicable)
- Presentation (Maximum 10 Slides)
Shortlisted teams will present their solutions before the jury during the offline event in Bengaluru.

Projects must be original work created by the participating team. Any plagiarism or use of third-party work without proper attribution will result in disqualification.
